The kind of team we’d want to hire.
Quiet Signal is led by Jeff Smith and Jeff Harmon, two longtime collaborators who care deeply about doing good work with good people.
Built to make good work feel easy.
We started Quiet Signal to be the kind of partner we’d want on our own projects.
That means clear communication, a simple process, and the same people from the first call through launch and beyond.
We aim to be thoughtful, dependable partners who stay steady under pressure and care about the outcome as much as our clients do.
What it’s like to work with us.
Experienced founders doing the work
You work directly with the two of us. No account managers, no hand-offs to a junior team.
Clear, simple communication
We adapt to how your team likes to work, usually with Slack and regular check-ins. You always know where things stand.
Steady under pressure
Timelines shift and problems come up. We flag things early, stay calm, and work through them with you.
Built for your team to run
Clean CMS structure, training, and documentation, so everyday updates don’t need us.
Two founders. One first name.

Jeff Smith
Jeff started Quiet Signal after years of designing for agencies and in-house teams. He’s especially drawn to the technical challenges of Webflow, from complex builds to integrations and automations. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, is a self-proclaimed NBA sicko, and loves finding great sushi.

Jeff Harmon
Jeff spent years designing at agencies and on in-house teams before partnering with Jeff on Quiet Signal. He’s a sucker for good typography, thoughtful branding, and the details that make a design feel right. Outside of work, he loves exploring national parks with his family and politely declining whatever sushi Jeff offers him.
